Job summary

Amergis, formerly known as Maxim Healthcare Staffing, is seeking a Travel Physical Therapist to evaluate patients and provide therapy services in Seattle, WA. Responsibilities include documenting care per the established plan and physician orders where applicable.

Ideal candidates hold an active PT license in Washington, with CPR if required, and meet health and state regulations. This role offers competitive pay and benefits for traveling professionals.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One (1) year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
