Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a contract - full-time role in Wilmington, OH. You will evaluate patients and provide and document therapy services according to each plan of care and physician orders.

The position requires state licensure, a graduate PT program, and CPR certification. Prior PT experience is preferred. Health, dental, vision, life insurance and a 401(k) plan are offered with employment eligibility.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Physical Therapy.
• One year of prior professional Physical Therapy experience preferred.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Minimum Requirements
