Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN position at Asbury Heights in Pittsburgh, PA. You will join a supportive team and have the freedom to schedule daytime shifts while delivering high-quality care to patients.

The role requires a DPT, an active PT license with NPTE, and prefer 1 year of PT experience. You will work with clinicians to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized care and educate patients and families on exercises and prevention.

Qualifications

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
