Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our PRN team. You’ll choose your daytime schedule while remaining part of a supportive therapy team.

The role emphasizes hands-on evaluation, planning, and coordination with other disciplines, plus patient education and home exercise guidance.

A DPT, current license, NPTE eligibility, and 1 year preferred; commitment to quality care is valued.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unrestricted state Physical Therapy license; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
