Job summary

StaffingSoft, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN daytime role at Spruce Manor Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in West Reading, PA. The position focuses on maintaining consistent, high-quality care with the same standards as the full-time team.

The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT), a current PT license, and NPTE completion. At least 1 year of PT experience is preferred and responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and adjusting care plans, and educating

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines

• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
