Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking licensed Physical Therapists to join our growing team in Mesquite, TX. This PRN position offers flexible coverage at Christian Care Community of Mesquite, with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care.

Candidates must hold a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, an active PT license, and NPTE clearance, with 1 year of experience preferred. You will evaluate and implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home programs to prevent

• Current, unencumbered state license is required; must pass NPTE.
• 1 year of prior PT experience preferred.

• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
