Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking Physical Therapists to join a therapist-led team expanding nationwide. The role requires a DPT, an active state license, and NPTE; one year of experience is preferred.

You will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines, document progress, and educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The position is PRN daytime with locations in Arcola Creek and Madison, Ohio.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
