Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist for a PRN schedule at our Oakland Park Communities location in Thief River Falls, MN. The role requires a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, an active state PT license and NPTE eligibility, and prefers candidates with 1 year of PT experience.

You will evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized plans, and educate families on home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; must pass NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
