Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy to join our therapist-led team at our Berryville, VA location. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing personalized treatment plans, and coordinating with other disciplines.

Experience is preferred, and you will educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention. The position is PRN with daytime shifts at Rose Hill Health and Rehab, Berryville, VA, contributing to our growing

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.
