Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) to join as a PRN Physical Therapist at our Garland, TX location. The role involves evaluating patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and coordinating care with other disciplines.

Candidates should hold a current TX PT license and pass NPTE; one year of PT experience is preferred. Responsibilities include documenting progress and educating patients on home exercise programs and injury

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
