Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist in Akron, OH to join a therapist-led growth model with a national footprint. The role emphasizes delivering patient-centered care and collaborating with a leadership team that values professional perspectives.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, an active state license, NPTE eligibility, and emphasizes evidence-based plans of care. This PRN daytime position supports our rehab services at Hickory Ridge Nursing & Rehabilitation in Akron.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities
