Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care in a SNF setting in Washington. You will work with physicians to implement therapy plans and advance patient progress in a patient-centered team environment.

Qualified candidates have a PT degree, an active WA license, CPR certification, and a willingness to collaborate with PTAs, therapists, and nursing staff. New grads are encouraged to apply and a sign-on bonus is available.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program.
• Current active license in the applicable state; maintain in good standing.
• One year of experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification at hire or during orientation; kept current.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT/PTA students.
• Chart appropriately and timely; utilize therapy software.
• Provide excellent customer service and work on an interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain patient rights, safety, and sanitation.
