Job summary

Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care in physical therapy for patients referred by physicians in our skilled nursing facilities.

The role requires graduation from an accredited PT program and active state licensure. CPR certification is required; new grads are welcome. Benefits include a $15,000 sign-on bonus, ongoing CEUs, 401(k) with match, medical/dental/vision, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (BSPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Currently registered/licensed in the applicable State.
• One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify goals that are realistic and measurable.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT/PTA students.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.
