Life Care Centers of America is seeking a Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients upon physician referral, in accordance with all applicable laws and Life Care standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration with an interdisciplinary team and adherence to professional standards; a graduate from an accredited program and active licensure are required, with CPR certification at hire or during orientation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program and eligible for state licensure.
• Active license in good standing; CPR certification required.
• New grads welcome; 1 year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Set and adjust realistic, measurable goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs and aides.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software accurately.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
