Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: degree in physical therapy from an accredited program; licensure required.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; active license throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adjust therapy plans for patients.
• Assess and set realistic, measurable goals.
• Supervise PTAs, rehab aides, and students; chart care.
• Document progress using therapy software; maintain accurate records.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional demeanor.
• Support patient safety, confidentiality, and compliance.

Education

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT)
