Job summary

Life Care Centers of America seeks a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care in SNFs. You will implement physician-directed plans within Life Care standards and collaborate with nurses, therapists, and doctors. The role requires licensure in the applicable state and CPR certification.

We offer a sign-on bonus of $12,000 for full-time hire, growth opportunities, and comprehensive benefits. New grads are welcome to apply in a patient-centered, team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Current state license in good standing.
• 1 year of experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification required or obtained during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Follow and adapt physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify measurable goals.
• Oversee care provided by PTAs and rehab staff.
• Chart patient progress accurately and timely.
• Communicate effectively within an interdisciplinary team.
