Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited school of physical therapy.
• Valid physical therapist state license.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy and related services to patients following standards and Reliant Rehabilitation guidelines.
• Develop and manage initial and ongoing treatment plans of care and discharge plans.
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in group and individual treatment as appropriate.
• Maintain infection control procedures and comply with state/federal regulations.
