Job summary

Life Care Centers of America in Washington state is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct rehab care to patients following physician referrals in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited PT program, current state licensure, CPR certification, and preferably one year of experience; new graduates are welcome. Full-time position with benefits and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (BSPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Currently registered/licensed in applicable State. Must maintain license in good standing.
• One (1) year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification upon hire or during orientation; must remain current.

Responsibilities

• Follow physical therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Establish, assess, and modify realistic, measurable, timely, and functional goals.
• Oversee and evaluate care given by PTAs, Rehab Aides, and PT/PTA students.
• Chart appropriately and timely.
• Utilize therapy software appropriately and accurately.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude towards patients.
