Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited program in physical therapy (BSPT/MSPT/DPT).
• Current state license in good standing; active license required.
• One year experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply.
• CPR certification required at hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Participates in community health matters and projects as appropriate.
• Liaises with patients, families, and support departments for patient needs.
• Maintain professional relationships and confidentiality.
• Follow practices, policies, and compliance training.
• Utilize therapy software accurately and document appropriately.
• Demonstrate good body mechanics and safety at all times.
