Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Demonstrates ability to lift 25 pounds and move throughout the day.
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician orders and perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Establish discharge plans and follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliant billing practices.
• Collaborate with physicians and IBJI team members.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians and support staff as appropriate.
• Maintain Illinois Physical Therapy license and CEUs.
• Engage in professional development and mentoring.
