Illinois Bone and Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) seeks a Physical Therapist for outpatient rehabilitation in a collaborative care model with physicians. The role emphasizes accurate evaluations, tailored treatment plans, and progression of goals for orthopedic patients.

You will work in a fast-paced setting, with support for continuing education, leadership mentoring, and opportunities to collaborate on orthopedic residencies and multidisciplinary rounds.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in the state of Illinois.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior outpatient rehabilitation services in a collaborative care model.
• Interpret physician orders, perform initial evaluations, and establish treatment plans.
• Develop and adjust treatment goals as patients progress.
• Document patient status in charts per IBJI guidelines.
• Supervise rehabilitation technicians as needed.
• Maintain license with CEUs and participate in IBJI programs.
