Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) is seeking Physical Therapists to join our collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team. New Physical Therapist grads welcome; clinical development and mentorship provided to support growth.

We offer an environment focused on exceptional patient care, collaboration with orthopedic physicians, and opportunities to specialize in areas such as Sports Medicine, Foot & Ankle, Manual Therapy, and Vestibular rehab.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician orders; performs comprehensive patient evaluations and develops individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide exceptional, evidence-based patient care.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans and goals as needed.
• Establish discharge plans and follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress notes, discharges, home exercise programs).
• Ensure compliant billing practices.
• Collaborate with IBJI physicians and clinical team.
• Supervise Rehabilitation Technicians and other support staff as appropriate.
• Maintain an active Illinois Physical Therapy license and complete required CEUs.
• Participate in professional development, mentoring, clinical education, and community outreach.
• Other duties as assigned.
