Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking Physical Therapists to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in the Chicagoland area. New grads welcomed with a two- to three-month mentorship and a robust clinical development program.

We offer competitive compensation ($83,000–$110,000 per year), quarterly bonuses up to $11,500, a sign-on bonus, profit sharing, and a $2,000 annual CE allowance, along with comprehensive benefits and a strong orthopedic residency program.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality outpatient rehabilitation services in collaboration with IBJI physicians.
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and modify plans as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with the physician team and supervise rehabilitation staff as needed.
• Maintain active Illinois Physical Therapy license and complete required CEUs.
