Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited Physical Therapy Program.
• New Grad Physical Therapists eligible to apply.
• Licensed or eligible to sit for boards in the state of Illinois.
• Ability to lift greater than 25 pounds.
• Fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional patient care.
• Interpret physician orders and establish treatment plans.
• Document patient status and progress.
• Determine discharge timeline and follow-up.
• Supervise rehabilitation staff as needed.
• Maintain compliance with billing and documentation.
• Keep active state license with CEUs.
• Collaborate with physician teams at IBJI.
