Job summary

Illinois Bone & Joint Institute (IBJI) seeks Physical Therapists to join our outpatient rehabilitation team. We offer mentorship for new grads, a robust growth track with orthopedic physicians, and opportunities to develop specialty skills in sports medicine, foot and ankle, manual therapy, and vestibular rehabilitation.

We provide competitive compensation ranging from $84,000 to $110,000 annually, quarterly bonuses up to $11,500, a sign-on bonus, profit sharing, a $2,000 annual CEU allowance,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Interprets physician orders and performs comprehensive evaluations with individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based patient care and monitor progress to adjust plans as needed.
• Establish discharge plans and follow-up recommendations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including evaluations, daily notes and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with IBJI physicians and supervise Rehabilitation Technicians and staff as appropriate.
• Maintain compliance with billing and ethics in billing practices.
