Illinois Bone & Joint Institute, LLC (IBJI) is seeking Physical Therapists to join our collaborative outpatient rehabilitation team across Chicagoland. We offer mentorship, clinical growth, and strong collaboration with orthopedic physicians to optimize patient function and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Illinois.
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician orders and perform comprehensive patient evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based patient care and monitor progress.
• Adjust plans and goals as needed and establish discharge criteria.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with billing.
• Collaborate with IBJI physicians and supervise rehab staff as appropriate.
• Maintain an active Illinois Physical Therapy license and CEUs.
