Job summary

JAG Physical Therapy is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey to join our fast-paced outpatient team. You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and document progress daily while maintaining confidentiality and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy required.

• Experience using EMR software is preferred.
