Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ.
• Completed CEU requirements in NY/NJ.
• Experience with EMR software preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Strong clinical decision-making skills.
• Team player with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collects and records patient care data per guidelines and reimbursement systems.
• Performs evaluations, daily notes, progress reports, and discharge plans.
• Records daily billing and maintains productivity.
• Prepares for evaluations per department policies and standards of practice.
• Selects and administers tests and measures; formulates diagnoses and plans.
• Establishes treatment plans and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team.
• Identifies need for consultations and discharges planning; educates patient/family.
• Oversees PTA/ATC/PT aides; participates in billing and seminars.
