The position requires a licensed PT in NJ, a Doctorate is preferred, and CEU adherence. You will work with a supportive team across multiple facilities, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in NJ
• Completed CEU requirement in NY/NJ
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Strong work ethic and patient-focused approach

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial evaluations and ongoing assessments.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with goals.
• Document patient care data per guidelines and billing needs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team for discharge planning.
• Provide patient education and caregiver training.
• Oversee PTA/ATC/PT aides and promote continuous education.
