Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist to join our team at Asbury Heights in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered care, evaluating needs, and developing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy and an active PA license, with NPTE completion. A minimum of one year of PT experience is preferred, with generous benefits and a supportive work

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
