Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is hiring a Physical Therapist to join our Asheville team serving Grove Park H&R location. The role focuses on delivering evidence-based therapy and collaborating with a leadership team that values your professional perspective.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, is licensed to practice in North Carolina, and has at least 1 year of experience or a strong interest in growth within a therapist-led, multi-site organization dedicated to quality patient care.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; NPTE required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
