Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate, design, and implement treatment plans for patients, coordinating with other disciplines to optimize outcomes. The role emphasizes patient education, progress documentation, and injury prevention.

Applicants must hold a DPT, be licensed in the state, and ideally have 1 year of PT experience. Daytime, full-time position at Grove Park H&R in Asheville, NC with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the NPTE.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities:
