Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our therapist-led approach to scale patient care. The role emphasizes individualized treatment planning and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a DPT, an active state license, and NPTE, with 1 year of PT experience preferred. You will educate patients, document progress, and help advance home exercise programs.

Qualifications

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
