Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for Consistent PRN in the Gastonia area. You’ll join a team led by experienced therapists who value your clinical voice and schedule flexibility.

This PRN position offers daytime shifts totaling about 10-15 hours per week with locations including Peak Gastonia, Peak Shelby (Grover, NC) and Peak Cherryville. DPT and active NPTE licensure required, with 1 year of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required.
• Current, unencumbered state PT license; NPTE must be passed.
• 1 year of PT experience preferred.
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans with other disciplines.
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention.

Physical Therapist Requirements & Responsibilities

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapy License; must pass the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist preferred
• Evaluates, develops, and implements individualized treatment plans in coordination with other disciplines
• Documents patient progress and adjusts plans of care based on clinical outcomes
• Educates patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
