Job summary

Civita Care Center at Milford in Milford, CT is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist residents with gait training, strengthening, balance, transfers, endurance, and functional mobility.
• Carry out individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Monitor resident response to therapy and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Reinforce therapeutic exercises, safe movement techniques, and mobility strategies.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, SLP, nursing, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.

Post Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join the rehabilitation team at Civita Care Center at Milford. What You'll Do
