Chatham Hills Subacute Care Center in New Jersey is seeking a per diem Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team in a skilled nursing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a state PTA license, be able to evaluate and treat independently, and have a passion for geriatric care to residents.

Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA)

Looking for a per diem talented and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our dynamic team. The position is within a Skilled Nursing facility. Candidate should possess passion for geriatric population, must contain a license in the state of practice, be able to evaluate and treat independently without direct supervision, and posses the desire to perform functional therapeutic activities to assist residents improve in their experience.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:

• SNF experience preferred but not required
