Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN, on-site at Edgehill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Glenside, PA. This role supports PTs and allows flexible scheduling while maintaining high standards of care.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, a current PTA license, and prefer at least one year of PTA experience. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home exercises

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license is required.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
