Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Olney, IL team on a PRN basis. You will supervise under a PT and support patient care with flexible daytime hours, helping to maintain high quality outcomes.

The role requires an PTA license, an associate degree, and a willingness to document progress and educate patients on home exercise programs within a collaborative clinical setting.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in PTA program is required.
• Current, unencumbered PTA license in the state.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements treatment plans under PT supervision.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes to PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and device use.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
