Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC seeks a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join the team at River’s Bend Retirement Community in Kuttawa, KY. This role offers the freedom to choose when you work while remaining part of a collaborative clinical team focused on quality care.

Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans under a supervising PT, documenting patient progress, and educating patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License is required.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
