Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Cedarburg team on a PRN basis. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, delivering individualized treatment plans and supporting patient-focused care.

This flexible PRN position offers daytime shifts in Cedarburg Health Services, with opportunities to collaborate with therapists who value your contributions and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program (required).
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license (required).
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
