Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join the Olney, IL team on a PRN daytime schedule. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices. A valid PTA license and associate degree are required, with preference for 1 year of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
