Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN hours at Meadow View Nursing Center in Berlin, PA. You will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, providing individualized care and contributing to a collaborative clinical team.

Qualified candidates hold an Associate Degree in PTA and a current PTA license; prior PTA experience is preferred. PRN daytime schedule prioritizes flexible hours while maintaining patient care quality.

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of previous PTA experience preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Documents patient progress and status changes.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
