Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC in Berlin, PA is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our PRN pool, offering flexible daytime coverage and a collaborative therapy team.

You will hold an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, maintain a current state PTA license, and preferably have 1 year of prior PTA experience. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans, documenting patient progress, and teaching home programs at Meadow View Nursing Center.
