Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant for PRN work at Naamans Creek Country Manor in Garnet Valley, PA. This role offers daytime hours with the freedom to choose when you work while staying part of a supportive clinical team.

You will implement individualized treatment plans under a Physical Therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices to support quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program is required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA License.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
