Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our commitment to flexible, quality care at Edgehill Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Glenside, PA. You will implement individualized treatment plans under a supervising PT, document progress, and educate patients on home programs and use of assistive devices.

A state license and an associate degree are required; 1 year of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate degree and current PTA license required.
• Current, unencumbered state PTA license.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.
• Implements treatment plans under PT supervision.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
