Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join our flexible PRN team in Garnet Valley, PA. You choose when you work while remaining part of a supportive clinical team led by therapists who value quality care.

Required: an Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant, current PTA license, and 1 year of experience preferred. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and educate patients on home programs and assistive devices, with daytime PRN

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
