Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Salisbury, NC location. You will implement treatment plans under a supervising PT, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and device use.

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
