Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a PRN Physical Therapist Assistant for daytime coverage in Salisbury, NC. The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist and documenting patient progress.

You will educate patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices, while maintaining current state licensure and an associate degree.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License.
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred.
• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.
