Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to join as a PRN clinician in Chesterfield, MO. You will implement treatment plans under a supervising therapist, document patient progress, and educate patients on home exercise programs and assistive devices.

We welcome licensed PTAs with an associate degree, a current state license, and preferred 1 year of experience. This role supports Delmar Gardens on the Green and Delmar Gardens West locations in a PRN-daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required.
• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License
• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices
