Job summary

Continuum Therapy Partners is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team in St. Louis, MO on a PRN basis. You will implement individualized treatment plans under supervision and collaborate with a licensed PT to deliver quality patient care.

This role emphasizes flexible scheduling, ongoing patient education, progress documentation, and the opportunity to contribute within a supportive therapy team at U-City Forest Manor and Creve Coeur locations.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree required.
• Current Physical Therapist Assistant license in the relevant state.
• 1 year of PTA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Documents patient progress and reports changes in patient status to the supervising PT.
• Educates patients on home exercise programs and proper use of assistive devices.

Physical Therapist Assistant Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Associate Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant Program required

• Current, unencumbered state Physical Therapist Assistant License

• 1 year of previous experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant preferred

• Implements individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
